EFS Certification

EFS Ready Logo 

The objective of the EFS Ready Certification scheme is to give recognition to law firms that are fully geared up to prepare and submit documents electronically from their office to the Courts.

The EFS Ready Logo will signify your firm’s EFS preparedness. A law firm which is certified EFS Ready can use the official EFS Ready logo on its letterhead, in advertisements, on its website, etc.

Certification Criteria

1. Installation of the complete EFS Front-End Application.
2. At least 1 member of the law firm has completed the training course for the EFS Front-End Application conducted by the LawNet Training Centre.
3. The law firm must have made at least 1 successful submission to the Judiciary via the EFS.
4. At least 1 member of the law firm must be the holder of a valid EFS digital certificate.

Certification Procedure

Usage of Official EFS Ready Logo

In using the EFS Ready logo, you must agree not to make any representation, or to act in any manner, which would mislead anyone as to the implication of the EFS Ready Logo.
